Custom Bifold, Trifold Brochures & Promotional Flyers in Qatar
In a digital-first world, tactile promotional materials create a physical connection that a scrolled-past advertisement cannot. High-quality custom brochures, bi-fold booklets, tri-fold menus and sales flyers let Qatari businesses tell their story, present services or display a menu in a form the customer can hold.
Choosing a fold
Bi-fold gives four panels from a single sheet — the natural choice for a straightforward company profile or a short service overview. Generous panels, simple structure, easy to read.
Tri-fold gives six narrower panels and suits sequential information: a service list, a process explained step by step, or a restaurant menu with distinct sections. It fits a standard DL envelope and a rack, which matters if you distribute through hotels or reception areas.
Z-fold opens out into one continuous panorama, which works well for a timeline, a large image or a floor plan.
Saddle-stitched booklets are the right answer once you exceed about eight pages. A folded sheet stops being practical beyond that and starts feeling flimsy.
Stock and finish
For brochures, 150gsm is the practical minimum for the inner pages and 250–300gsm for a booklet cover. Flyers are commonly 130–170gsm; below that they feel disposable, which is sometimes the intention for a high-volume handout and usually not for a service brochure.
Matt lamination is the standard for anything a customer will keep, since it resists fingerprints and scuffing. Gloss lifts photographic colour and suits food menus where the imagery is doing the selling.
Designing for the fold, not the flat sheet
The commonest error is designing on a flat rectangle and folding afterwards. Content lands in the wrong place, images get creased down the middle, and the reveal sequence makes no sense. Panels must be laid out in the order the reader will actually encounter them.
On a tri-fold, the panel widths are not identical — the inward-folding panel is slightly narrower so it tucks cleanly. Ignoring that produces a brochure that will not close flat.
Bleed matters. Any colour or image reaching the edge needs 3mm beyond the trim line, or you get a white sliver after cutting.
Distribution shapes the specification
A brochure handed over at an exhibition can be heavier and more elaborate. One posted in an envelope has weight implications. One sitting in a hotel rack must be DL and readable from its top third, because that is all the customer sees.
We design and print bi-fold and tri-fold brochures, saddle-stitched booklets, menus and promotional flyers in Doha, with bilingual Arabic and English layout handled properly.
Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between bi-fold and tri-fold brochures?
Bi-fold gives four larger panels and suits a simple company profile. Tri-fold gives six narrower panels, suits sequential content such as service lists or menus, and fits a standard DL envelope or display rack.
What paper weight is best for brochures in Qatar?
150gsm minimum for inner pages and 250-300gsm for booklet covers. Flyers are typically 130-170gsm. Matt lamination is recommended for anything the customer is meant to keep.
Can you design the brochure as well as print it?
Yes. We handle layout including bilingual Arabic and English typesetting, and we design to the fold rather than to a flat sheet so content lands correctly on each panel.
