Custom Corporate Envelopes & Official Stationery in Doha, Qatar — Mars Sign & Craft, Doha Qatar

First impressions start before the letter is opened. Custom-designed corporate envelopes establish credibility and professionalism for official correspondence across Qatar. Whether you are sending legal documents, financial reports, executive invitations or government communications, branded stationery ensures your mail carries immediate authority.

Standard sizes used in Qatar

DL (110 × 220mm) is the everyday business envelope, taking an A4 sheet folded into three. This is the default for letters, invoices and statements.

C5 (162 × 229mm) takes an A4 sheet folded once, which suits documents you do not want heavily creased — contracts, certificates, formal invitations.

C4 (229 × 324mm) takes A4 flat and is the correct choice for reports, legal bundles, tender submissions and anything with a binding or that must not be folded at all.

Government and legal correspondence in Doha commonly uses C4 for exactly that reason: folding a formal submission looks careless.

Window, gummed or peel-and-seal

Window envelopes align with the address block on your letterhead, removing a printing step and eliminating mismatched address errors. If you send volume correspondence this saves real time, but the window must be positioned to match your specific letterhead layout — send us the letterhead artwork.

Peel-and-seal closures are faster and more reliable than gummed for volume mailing. Gummed is cheaper and fine for low volumes.

Envelope branding ranges from a simple one-colour logo and return address in the corner, through full-colour printing, to full-bleed designs covering the entire face. Note that full-bleed on envelopes costs more because it requires printing flat and converting afterwards rather than printing pre-made stock.

Interior tint printing — a patterned lining inside the envelope — prevents contents showing through and is standard for anything confidential such as payslips, financial statements or medical correspondence.

Bilingual and compliance details

Arabic and English return addresses are standard in Qatar. Arabic should have genuine visual parity rather than being reduced to small print, and the Arabic needs proper typesetting — broken letter joining on official correspondence is conspicuous and reflects poorly on the organisation.

Include your commercial registration number where correspondence is formal or contractual. It is routinely expected on Qatari business documentation.

Ordering

Envelopes are economical in volume. Digital printing suits runs under about 500; offset becomes cheaper beyond that with better consistency on solid colour. Allow five to seven working days for standard work, longer for full-bleed or unusual sizes.

We print custom corporate envelopes in DL, C5, C4 and bespoke sizes in Doha, including window, peel-and-seal, interior tint and bilingual layouts.

Frequently asked questions

What envelope sizes do you print in Qatar?

DL (110x220mm) for folded A4 letters, C5 (162x229mm) for A4 folded once, and C4 (229x324mm) for unfolded A4 documents and reports. Bespoke sizes are also available.

Can you print window envelopes matched to our letterhead?

Yes. Send us your letterhead artwork and we will position the window to align with your address block, which removes a printing step and eliminates mismatched address errors.

Do you print confidential envelopes with interior tint?

Yes. Interior tint printing applies a pattern inside the envelope so contents cannot be read through the paper. It is standard for payslips, financial statements and medical correspondence.
